A Barkery Unleashed offers group and private dog training for various aged puppies and dogs in Snohomish and King Counties, Washington. Our professional dog trainer, Cassie, has over twenty years of experience training puppies and dogs of all breeds.

Cassie specializes in difficult-to-train dogs and puppies. She can help you develop a better relationship with your pet.

Group classes – 6 weeks $160

Group training classes lasting 6 weeks $160 total for 6 weeks.  All dogs must be current on all vaccines. Puppies will need boosters done on schedule during their 6-week course. There are 3 classes available as of right now. More coming soon!

Pawsitive Puppy Jumpstart

Pawsitive Puppy Jumpstart is a beginning puppy class for dogs under 16 weeks of age. Puppies must have received a good bill of health from their vet and show no signs of illness before each class. In order to keep everyone healthy, we require puppies to be carried into the store until reaching the training room. Owners will be required to disinfect their shoes before stepping into the training area. 

Pawsitive Puppy Jumpstart includes the basics like sit, down, come, stay and walking on a loose leash. But it also includes important tasks like socializing with people and other puppies of all sizes, desensitizing to sounds and things pups may find scary like people using walkers, wearing hats, toenail clipping and brushing. We also teach “place” and “settle” and begin work on “leave it”. Our goal is to create well socialized, balanced puppies that are confident and well behaved and happy. 

Petiquette Academy

Petiquette Academy is a class for dogs and puppies over 16 weeks old. This class is good for dogs that are not reactive and not too fearful of other dogs. We work on real life training skills that will benefit you and your pup in your day to day life, such as desensitizing to door bells, door knocks. We emphasize skills like “leave it”, “off”, and socializing with new dogs/people. We of course work on all the basics like “sit”, “down”, “stay”, “come” and “heel”, but  all with distractions to simulate real life situations and we add more skills like door etiquette and walking in public settings to name a few. 

Next Paw Up

Next Paw Up is a class for dogs and puppies that have passed our Petiquette Academy and would like to tighten up on their skills. We work on doing all commands from a distance, more extreme distraction work, and working in public spaces. This is a great class to get your dog ready to pass their Canine Good Citizen test. 

Reactive Rover (Pre approval required)

This class is for dogs that are not aggressive but are reactive towards other dogs or people while on leash. This is for dogs that have never bitten or attacked another animal or person but may be shy, scared, or overly excited when in the presence of other dogs or people. 

We offer private one on one sessions in home and in store. Private lessons are to work on behavioral issues in the home or in public spaces and for dogs not yet suitable for group classes. We help with behaviors like anxiety, barking, over excitement, dominance, fearfulness, reactivity, destructive behavior and so much more. We do not offer service animal training. Prices for Private consults start at $75/hr in store and $100/hour in home. Price depends on location, distance traveled and how many dogs are in the home.
